As the Director of Product Marketing for North America at Samsung Semiconductor, you will lead the strategic direction for the company's advanced memory solutions in the region. This role involves managing a high-performing team to drive the commercial success of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and Graphics Memory, serving as the critical link between North American market requirements and global product roadmaps. Key responsibilities include building, mentoring, and scaling a high-impact North America product marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Willingness to travel domestically (~20%) and periodically internationally is expected.

Compensation for this role ranges from $210,000 to $336,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additional perks encompass a charitable giving match, support for family-related expenses such as fertility care or adoption, on-demand emotional wellness resources, access to onsite fitness facilities and virtual wellness classes, and a flexible work environment to promote work-life balance.
