Director of Product, Martech
Flex is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Product to lead its MarTech and Growth infrastructure initiatives. This role involves defining and executing a martech and data product strategy that leverages the company's data assets to drive business outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and enable personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of martech and associated data products, a collaborative spirit, and a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a vision for growth and MarTech infrastructure aligned with company objectives, creating a roadmap that drives business value through actionable insights and predictive analytics. The role also involves building durable, cross-channel infrastructure that simplifies campaign orchestration through automation, enabling teams to experiment faster, personalize at scale, and accelerate sustainable growth. Additionally, the Director will establish a foundation to support rapid A/B testing and campaign iteration across channels, evaluate and manage vendor partnerships as part of a thoughtful build versus buy approach, and lead initiatives that harness data for customer personalization to enhance marketing and engagement. Collaborating with legal, compliance, and security teams to establish data governance policies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements is also a key aspect of the role.
The position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, specifically in martech, data product development, data infrastructure, or analytics platforms. Candidates should have proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL, data warehousing, and API integrations. An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic product decisions and experience in quantitative analysis or data science is essential. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities to articulate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required. The role demands adaptability to changing business needs and a proven ability to innovate and drive new data solutions in a dynamic environment.
Flex offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base salary range of $248,000 to $310,000 for candidates located in Tier 1 markets such as New York City and San Francisco. For other U.S. locations, compensation is adjusted based on a geographic pay differential aligned with local market conditions.
