Director of Product (Mobile & Web)
CLEAR is seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of its Travel digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the member journey from enrollment through to the home-to-gate experience, aiming to drive growth by improving acquisition, increasing mobile app adoption, and evolving CLEAR’s digital offerings into a high-utility travel companion.
The Director will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and roadmap for CLEAR’s Travel product portfolio, identifying capabilities that boost mobile app engagement, and implementing growth-focused improvements to the web experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Operations—is essential to deliver scalable, high-quality consumer experiences. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, and results.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading consumer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. A proven track record in managing growth-oriented funnels in subscription, eCommerce, or consumer platforms is essential. Expertise in mobile app strategy, including activation, engagement, and retention, is required, along with strong cross-functional leadership skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
The base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $265,000, depending on skills and experience.
