The Director of Supply Chain at Anduril Industries will lead procurement, subcontracts, material flow, inventory, and warehousing operations across multiple sites and programs. This senior leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing supply chain strategies to support Anduril's rapid growth in propulsion systems. The position reports directly to the Head of Production in McHenry, Mississippi, with a dotted line to corporate Supply Chain leadership.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with business goals, ensuring supply continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating complex commercial terms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets. Additionally, the Director will lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in aerospace and defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing is required. Strong backgrounds in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations are essential. Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices, along with proven negotiation skills and the ability to deliver results on cost, schedule, and quality, are also necessary. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

The salary range for this role is $147,000 to $221,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on experience, education, and other factors. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers.
