Director, Product Management (BCDR)
Kaseya is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) portfolio. This role involves driving product vision and outcomes across backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware-resilient continuity solutions that assist Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams in protecting critical workloads and ensuring rapid recovery. The Director will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Security, Operations, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and commercially successful BCDR products. This high-impact position shapes a mission-critical product line utilized by thousands of MSPs and their customers globally.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving the product line strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision, and maintaining expertise in the domain, market, and trends. The Director will represent the customer by building impactful relationships and incorporating their voice into the creation process. Ownership of requirements, specifications, and release plans is essential, along with inspiring Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams with vision and market knowledge. The role also involves recruiting and retaining top talent, leading financial planning and analysis, developing key performance indicators, and collaborating cross-functionally to define and develop best-in-class product experiences.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, internet technology, SaaS, or related fields. Proven leadership abilities to set a vision and lead cross-functional technology teams are crucial. Experience in bringing enterprise software products to market, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, and strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills are required. Technical skills and business acumen to execute across technical challenges and go-to-market strategies are also important. Preferred qualifications include a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field and customer references from previous experiences.
