The director will impose consistent standards, processes, and governance to enable predictable, high-quality product delivery. Additionally, the role involves creating a single source of truth for product performance, delivery health, and customer usage insights by partnering closely with the Analytics team. Leading the transformation of content and localization operations into an AI-first, modern, and scalable capability is also a critical aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will have senior product operations leadership experience, operating across multiple teams or business units in complex organizations. Proven ability to design and run product operating models that improve execution speed, predictability, and outcomes is essential. A strong product mindset, with a clear understanding of value, trade-offs, adoption, and customer impact, is required. The candidate should also demonstrate data-driven decision-making skills, with hands-on experience using metrics, dashboards, and tooling to guide execution and planning. Credible executive presence, comfortable influencing General Managers and senior leaders with clear, opinionated recommendations, is necessary. Demonstrated AI curiosity and application, using automation and modern tooling to improve product or content operations, is highly desirable.
