Director, Reseller Partnerships AMERS
The Director of Reseller Partnerships AMERS at Diligent Corporation is a senior leadership role focused on expanding and managing the reseller partner ecosystem across North and Latin America. This position is integral to driving revenue growth and strategic expansion through a network of high-volume resellers. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4–5 partner/account managers, ensuring alignment with Diligent's commercial objectives and fostering scalable growth.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the reseller strategy across the AMERS region, identifying growth opportunities within existing reseller accounts, and establishing new value-added reseller (VAR) relationships. The role involves building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key reseller partners, understanding their business models, and overseeing the full customer lifecycle. Additionally, the director will own regional reseller revenue targets, monitor partner performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Candidates should possess 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales or reseller partnerships, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end reseller models. Experience leading teams of 4–5 individuals is essential, along with a solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, and experience in SaaS environments, familiarity with Salesforce, and roles spanning multiple countries in the AMERS region are highly desirable.
Diligent offers a competitive salary range of $174,000 to $217,400 USD for this position.
