Director, Revenue Accounting
The Director of Revenue Accounting at Kaseya will lead global revenue operations, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and SOX controls. This role involves managing the monthly close process, enhancing contract reviews, and developing a team of revenue accounting professionals. Key responsibilities include leading the monthly global revenue close process, ensuring all revenue results are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. The role also involves owning all aspects of global revenue recognition accounting, including complex arrangements, and maintaining a disciplined close process to minimize risk across reporting periods. Additionally, the Director will partner with external auditors to ensure clean interim and year-end audits.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15+ years of experience in revenue or technical accounting with expertise in ASC 606. Experience leading global revenue close in a SaaS or tech environment is essential, along with strong knowledge of SOX and internal controls. The candidate should also have experience partnering with FP&A teams and possess a proven leadership and execution mindset. Proficiency with quote-to-cash systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zuora is required, along with strong communication skills.
The compensation range for this position is $165,000 to $195,000 annually.
