The Director of Strategic Operations Analytics at Spring Health will lead a team dedicated to enhancing the company's operational performance through data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Intelligence, this role is pivotal in shaping how the Operations organization utilizes analytics to drive efficiency and scalability.
Key responsibilities include developing frameworks and tools for performance measurement, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation using analytics and AI-powered solutions. The director will serve as a strategic advisor to Operations leadership, diagnosing challenges, defining success metrics, and informing strategic decisions. Additionally, they will oversee workforce management strategies, including capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models to align resources with demand.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in operations strategy or analytics, preferably within the healthcare sector, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex is essential. Strong communication skills are required to translate complex analyses into actionable insights and influence leadership decisions. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $164,900 to $214,450, complemented by stock options and comprehensive benefits.
