The Director of Strategy Consulting Partnerships at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Ecosystem team, focusing on expanding and managing partnerships with strategy consulting firms across North America. Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is dedicated to transforming business processes through advanced AI capabilities. The Ecosystem team aims to build and scale partnerships with tech, cloud, AI, and professional services firms to drive non-linear growth.
In this role, the Director will define and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for strategy consulting firms in North America, aligning with global ecosystem priorities. Responsibilities include developing senior relationships with sector and industry leaders, refining and pitching Celonis' value proposition to secure joint business development, sourcing and managing joint projects, embedding Celonis into partner methodologies, and shaping joint go-to-market initiatives. The Director will also collaborate closely with Celonis regional and sales leadership to activate partners in priority accounts and guide C-level pitches.
Candidates should have 7-12 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to software sales, business development, or partner management. A deep understanding of strategy consulting firms' business models, incentive structures, and enterprise transformation processes is essential. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and storytelling skills, executive presence, and a proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives are required. A robust network within the North American strategy consulting ecosystem and an entrepreneurial attitude are also important. The role requires comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments and a willingness to travel 10-20%.
