The Director, Supply Chain Finance Developments & M&A at Anduril Industries will lead strategic initiatives to enhance growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. This role involves close collaboration with Corporate Development, Finance & Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to drive key projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, the director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's supply chain strategy.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify potential acquisition or investment targets that align with critical supply chain capabilities. The director will lead supply chain integration planning during mergers and acquisitions, negotiate strategic partnerships with key suppliers to enhance resilience and innovation, and coordinate efforts to align supply chain capabilities with new product introductions. Additionally, the role involves conducting joint risk assessments to evaluate geopolitical and supply chain risks related to new markets, scaling constraints, sole sourcing, and sub-tier supplier constraints.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, supply chain management, or a related technical field, along with over 15 years of experience in strategic supply chain and corporate development, including a strong consulting and finance background. A minimum of 5 years managing a team of supply chain professionals is required. Technical expertise in areas such as PCBA manufacturing, IPC standards, SMT processing, CAD, and GD&T is essential. The role requires the ability to travel as needed and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA, if not already local.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $292,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
