The e-Billing/Budget Compliance Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys with budget preparation using the firm's proprietary budget application. Responsibilities include training partners and support staff on the application, submitting budgets through various middleware sites, and managing accruals in accordance with client guidelines. The administrator will also research and resolve budget-related issues, monitor compliance reports, and maintain an internal database of e-billed clients and their budgeting requirements. Effective communication with internal clients, such as partners and associates, and external clients, including insurance companies and middleware vendors, is essential.

Ideal candidates should possess an undergraduate degree, with significant experience considered in lieu of a degree. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables, is preferred. The role requires the ability to work independently under pressure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential, along with strong reading comprehension and writing abilities. Knowledge of legal e-Billing and middleware systems is advantageous.

Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
