Practice Manager

Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices nationwide, is seeking a Practice Manager to join their team in White Plains, New York. This role serves as a strategic business and operational leader, supporting the firm's Practice Teams and Practice Chairs to enhance practice visibility and drive growth.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business and marketing plans for each Practice Team, conducting market research, and leading thought leadership initiatives such as client alerts and webinars. Additionally, the role involves creating high-quality marketing materials, managing practice team meetings, and collaborating with various departments to promote the adoption of new tools and technologies.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of progressive experience within a law firm environment, with a strong understanding of legal industry operations and practice group dynamics. Proven experience partnering closely with attorneys and firm leadership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management abilities are essential.
