Litigation Paralegal
Wilson Elser is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas office. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and is ideal for legal professionals looking to advance their careers within a leading defense litigation law firm.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for contacting external sources to retrieve and analyze information, preparing written discovery requests and objections, reviewing and organizing document productions in multi-party cases, summarizing transcripts, organizing key documents, preparing materials for expert witness review, and managing case files.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (preferred but not required), a Paralegal Certificate (preferred), and at least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation and attendance. Experience in insurance defense and/or construction defect is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received are essential.
