Strong root cause analysis skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to quickly pivot between tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include over 5 years of electronics experience, an associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields, and familiarity with IPC Quality Standards such as IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD, and other assembly and inspection standards. Experience with high voltage and high power testing, including propulsion inverters and batteries, equipment calibration and metrology, and electrical compliance testing such as EMI/EMC testing is advantageous.
