Enablement Operations Manager
As Canva continues to scale, the Enablement Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This position is integral to the operational backbone of our global GTM Enablement function, ensuring that enablement strategies are executed efficiently and align with business priorities.
The Enablement Operations Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving systems, workflows, governance, and infrastructure to ensure scalable and consistent enablement across GTM Field teams. Key responsibilities include administering enablement systems, developing scalable workflows for field intake and cross-functional requests, deploying AI-powered agents to streamline processes, managing the global enablement calendar, overseeing monthly GTM webinars, establishing content governance standards, and partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in Sales Enablement, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills are essential, along with proven experience in building and managing structured workflows. Experience with content systems (preferably Guru), the ability to design governance frameworks, comfort operating in hybrid, global GTM environments, and strong written communication and documentation skills are also required.
