Engagement Manager II
The Engagement Manager II at Braze plays a pivotal role within the AI Expert Services team, focusing on the deployment and expansion of OfferFit by Braze's AI decisioning solutions. This position involves leading the entire AI deployment lifecycle, from initial use case design and technical setup to final user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for clients.
Key responsibilities include facilitating technical workshops to align on objectives, specifications, and integration architectures, as well as managing customer engagements to keep projects on track. The role also emphasizes driving process improvements by refining deployment playbooks and influencing the product roadmap to meet evolving customer needs.
Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related field, with a strong technical background and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in managing technical projects, leading workshops with senior stakeholders, and contributing to architectural and machine learning design discussions is essential. An entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to process improvement are highly valued.
