Engagement Manager II
The Engagement Manager II role at Braze is a pivotal position within the AI Expert Services team, focusing on the deployment and expansion of OfferFit by Braze use cases. This role involves leading the entire program execution process, from initial design to configuration and scaling, ensuring that AI solutions are effectively integrated to meet client needs. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences through real-time data and cross-channel messaging.
Key responsibilities include managing the AI deployment lifecycle, which encompasses leading use case design, defining operating models, overseeing technical setup, and conducting user acceptance testing. The Engagement Manager II will facilitate technical workshops to align on objectives, specifications, and integration architectures. Additionally, the role requires driving successful customer engagements by managing deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Continuous process improvement and influencing the product roadmap to align with customer requirements are also essential aspects of the position.
Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or professional services, along with a bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS are preferred. The ideal candidate is a technical project leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects, a strategic client partner adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, and a hands-on technologist capable of contributing to architectural and machine learning design discussions.
