Engagement Manager II
The Engagement Manager II role at Braze is a pivotal position within the AI Expert Services team, focusing on the deployment and expansion of OfferFit by Braze's AI decisioning solutions. This role is based in São Paulo and involves leading all phases of program execution, from initial design to final user acceptance testing. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to engage with customers in real time across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include leading the AI deployment lifecycle, facilitating technical workshops with customers, managing customer engagements to ensure projects remain on track, driving process improvements within the deployment playbook, and influencing the product roadmap to align with customer needs. The Engagement Manager II will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the AI deployment process, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing technical projects from inception to completion, with a strong ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should possess hands-on technical experience that enables them to contribute to architectural and machine learning design discussions at a conceptual level. Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish are mandatory for this role.
