As a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer at Hotmart, you will be instrumental in building the company's AI platform, enabling scalable generative and agent-based solutions. Your contributions will directly influence product development, enhancing intelligent experiences for millions of users.
Your primary responsibilities include developing and advancing the AI/ML platform with a focus on infrastructure and DevOps. This involves constructing APIs, pipelines, and services to support other teams, implementing deployment pipelines (CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps), working with cloud and AI services such as AWS Sagemaker and Bedrock, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization, and implementing monitoring and observability for AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in development, infrastructure, or related areas, proficiency in Python, experience with APIs, backend, and data pipelines, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, knowledge of DevOps and engineering best practices, and at least one year of experience with AI or Machine Learning. Additional skills such as knowledge in Java or Node.js, experience with LLMs, RAG, or generative systems, experience with distributed and scalable systems, and a background in consulting or tech startups are considered advantageous.
