Engineer, NOC Services
Kaseya is seeking an Engineer for NOC Services to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to maintaining the optimal performance and stability of our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) environment. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise in network IT and remote Windows system infrastructure to deliver exceptional service and promptly resolve customer issues.
As an Engineer in NOC Services, you will monitor and maintain the health and performance of servers, workstations, and network devices. Your responsibilities include proactively diagnosing and resolving technical issues such as user authentication problems, Group Policy Object (GPO) configurations, patching failures, replication errors, backup issues, operating system malfunctions, resource utilization concerns, system crashes, and unexpected service interruptions. You will analyze system logs, event data, crash dumps, and application logs to identify root causes and maintain clear documentation of incidents and resolutions. Adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and following runbooks and escalation procedures are essential for efficient issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in network IT and remote Windows system infrastructure. A strong understanding of ITIL processes and a commitment to meeting SLAs are required. Proficiency in maintaining clear and concise case and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation is essential. The role demands the ability to follow multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalation instructions, excellent prioritization and escalation skills based on customer impact, and a high degree of professionalism in customer interactions. Strong troubleshooting skills for various system issues and effective verbal and written communication abilities are also necessary.
