As an Engineering Manager for AI Business Enablement at PitchBook, you will lead a team dedicated to integrating AI capabilities across various business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Your primary focus will be on developing and operating platforms that empower non-technical users to effectively incorporate AI into their daily workflows, thereby enhancing productivity and decision-making processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of different business units and translating them into practical AI-powered solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining intuitive AI tools, managing tool access and governance, developing reusable workflow patterns, and ensuring the infrastructure supports safe experimentation and scalable implementation of AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in software engineering and two years in an engineering leadership role. Proficiency in Python, experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or GCP), and a strong background in building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders are crucial.

PitchBook offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an annual base salary ranging from $250,000 to $290,000, with a target annual bonus percentage of 15%.
