Engineering Manager - Celonis Process Management

As an Engineering Manager for the Celonis Process Management team, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions that integrate process management seamlessly into the Celonis Platform. This role is pivotal in driving technological advancements and enhancing user experiences within the realm of business process management.

Your primary responsibilities include leading a team of engineers to develop robust, scalable APIs and microservices utilizing C#, Azure, and modern microservice architectures. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the development and delivery of impactful product features that drive customer value and align with the overall product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in an engineering management or technical leadership role, coupled with a strong technical background in software engineering. Proficiency in technologies such as C#, Azure, and microservices is essential. Strong communication skills and familiarity with agile methodologies are also required.
