Engineering Manager
As an Engineering Manager at Lighthouse, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and operating scalable systems within our platform. Collaborating closely with product managers and other engineering teams, you will drive the development of AI features and promote an AI-first development culture within the organization.
The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering teams and a strong background in designing and maintaining complex software systems. A proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks are essential. Experience with AI technologies and a passion for embedding intelligence into platforms are highly desirable.
