Envoy Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding Envoy Global’s presence among enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales acumen, capable of proactively identifying and capturing leads, managing relationships, and closing complex, high-value deals. Experience in corporate immigration and mobility or HR technology services is a plus.

Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting enterprise customers through outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract execution for enterprise-level clients. The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive Envoy Global’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers at large corporations. Understanding customer needs and positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their global workforce management and recruitment strategies is crucial. Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy, is expected. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for enterprise accounts is also a key aspect of the role. Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts, is required. Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting immigration and mobility is essential.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or immigration and mobility, with a strong track record of closing large enterprise deals. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume, high-value sales environment is necessary. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with C-level executives and senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations are important. Comfort with using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms is expected. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset is crucial. Willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with clients, prospects, and regional events in person is required.

The position offers an annual base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, with a commission on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000.
