Enterprise Account Executive
As an Enterprise Account Executive at LearnLux, you will lead strategic sales efforts targeting Fortune 1000 and multinational employers. This role involves managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to presentation, proposal, and close. You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and position LearnLux as the leading financial wellbeing solution in the market.
Key responsibilities include driving new revenue by owning the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, building and managing a strategic pipeline of prospects, conducting consultative discovery to understand prospect needs, delivering compelling presentations and proposals to senior executives, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. Additionally, you will navigate complex procurement processes, build relationships with benefits consultants and channel partners, and represent LearnLux at industry events.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within employee benefits, digital health, HR tech, or fintech. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas, strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, and experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfort with RFPs and procurement processes, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach are also required.
