Financial Advisor, Mexico

LearnLux is seeking a Financial Advisor based in Mexico to join our team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will leverage the LearnLux digital experience to provide employees with unbiased, holistic financial guidance. Your extensive financial experience and client-first approach will help employees prepare for and accomplish their personal and financial goals. This position is 100% remote within Mexico and reports to our Global Director of Financial Planning.

Key responsibilities include engaging with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to offer guidance on topics such as budgeting, retirement readiness, and equity compensation. You will adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant in Mexico, participate in regular team meetings to enhance the digital experience, and become an expert on client benefit plans to assist during open enrollment. Additionally, you will collaborate with our content team to create and review educational materials and lead engagement campaigns like digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

The ideal candidate holds an active Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles (AMIB) Certification or Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA) designation. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. A passion for educating individuals about their financial future, the ability to multitask and prioritize work, and experience in multiple areas of personal finance—including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance—are essential.
