Required qualifications include being a credentialed financial planner, such as holding a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or equivalent accreditation. Prior experience in financial planning, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in simple terms are essential. Fluency in both English and Bulgarian is required, as is a client-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
