Enterprise Business Development Representative (German + Arabic speaker)
Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative who is fluent in both German and Arabic. This role is based in Madrid, Spain, and is integral to the company's growth strategy in the DACH region. As part of the business development team, the representative will focus on identifying and cultivating new enterprise business opportunities, driving sales growth, and engaging with decision-makers in the DACH market.
The primary responsibilities include prospecting into strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies, setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintaining an organized annual book of business, and becoming a subject matter expert on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Additionally, the representative will develop creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts, aiming to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent, with at least 2 years of sales or business development experience. Fluency in both German and Arabic is required, with proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus. The role demands the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, as well as the initiative to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
