Enterprise Business Development Representative (German speaker)
Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (German speaker) to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities within the DACH market. As part of the business development team, you will be at the forefront of promoting Celonis' innovative Process Intelligence Platform.
In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives, thereby contributing to the expansion of the company's client base. Additionally, you will maintain and organize an annual book of business, ensuring a structured approach to client engagement. As a subject matter expert, you will evangelize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, developing creative strategies to target decision-makers and influence company revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS from a reputable university or equivalent institution and have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development. Proficiency in German at a native or equivalent level is essential, along with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and a proactive approach. Comfort with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial, as is a self-starter attitude dedicated to success.
