Enterprise Product Manager

Fal is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead its enterprise product initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with large customers to understand their needs, shape pricing and packaging strategies, and define features that support organization-level use cases. This position is based in downtown San Francisco.

Key responsibilities include partnering directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, driving product decisions around pricing, packaging, and enterprise features, and defining and prioritizing organizational capabilities such as security, access control, usage, billing, and integrations. You will also collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions and support enterprise sales cycles with product expertise.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience, including work with enterprise products. Strong customer-facing experience with large organizations is essential, along with familiarity with enterprise pricing models and buying processes. The ability to translate customer input into clear product direction is also required.

Fal offers a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000, along with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
