As an Enterprise Program Manager at Lighthouse, you will be the primary coordinator for our largest global clients, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role involves managing complex programs, including Business Intelligence implementations and new product onboardings, to drive regional alignment and strengthen key client relationships. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing commercial strategy in the hospitality industry.

Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementations of our solutions, such as Business Intelligence dashboards, for major global clients. You will organize and manage all projects within your enterprise accounts to ensure timely delivery and the achievement of business objectives. Establishing clear program governance and guiding stakeholder expectations across all levels, from individual hotel properties to C-level executives, will be essential. Additionally, you will act as a vital bridge between clients and our internal Product and Engineering teams to capture custom requirements and manage delivery timelines.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in program or project management, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts. Strong hospitality industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment, is crucial. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and execution, is required. Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, with comfort and experience engaging with C-level executives, are also important. A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand data solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be beneficial.
