The Enterprise Security Lead at Applied Intuition is responsible for safeguarding the company's endpoints, networks, collaboration platforms, and enterprise data. This role involves close collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Detection & Response, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to ensure that security controls are effective, scalable, and aligned with business operations. The position requires defining the security roadmap, making architectural decisions, and representing Corporate Security across the organization.

Key responsibilities include defining the value proposition and service model for corporate security capabilities, such as network hardening, monitoring, infrastructure hardening, and data security posture. The role also involves managing and optimizing email security platforms to protect against phishing, malware, business email compromise, and advanced email threats. Additionally, the Enterprise Security Lead is tasked with continuously improving detection capabilities, reducing false positives, enhancing threat visibility across corporate endpoints, designing and implementing enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, strengthening internal network security posture, collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure secure configuration of network services, leading vulnerability management efforts, and defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for patch remediation while continuously tracking compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with enterprise data security tooling, including DLP platforms, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)/Secure Service Edge (SSE), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)/Extended Detection and Response (XDR). A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise or corporate security is required, along with strong experience with endpoint security technologies, managing email security platforms and phishing defense, implementing and managing DLP programs, using vulnerability management tools and patching programs, and a solid understanding of enterprise network security principles. The candidate should also have the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, infrastructure, and engineering teams, familiarity with modern device management platforms, and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), and experience in building automation or improving operational efficiency in security operations.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000 annually, equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
