This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent brand positioning, clear messaging, and alignment between the brand, product, and business objectives. The specialist will collaborate closely with both global and local teams to drive integrated campaigns that meet institutional, product, and commercial goals.
Key responsibilities include developing brand frameworks and narratives, planning and executing communication campaigns tailored to different regions, and defining audience strategies and success metrics. The role also involves creating clear briefings for agencies and partners, transforming data and insights into actionable recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and results-oriented campaigns. Additionally, the specialist will manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, while producing reports and analyses for global and regional stakeholders.
Candidates should have experience in branding, communication, campaigns, marketing, or brand strategy, preferably in global or regional contexts. The ability to connect strategy with operations and results tracking is essential, along with strong organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and experience in a B2B context and proficiency in Spanish are considered advantageous.
