Hotmart is seeking a Legal Intern to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Labor Law, Ethical Compliance, and Government Relations within a dynamic and innovative technology company.

As a Legal Intern, you will assist in drafting and reviewing labor-related documents, including internal policies and corporate communications. You will support the analysis of labor risks, provide consultative assistance, and help monitor labor litigation cases. Additionally, you will contribute to our ethical compliance program by assisting with policy development, training sessions, internal investigations, and control measures. Your responsibilities will also include tracking regulatory and legislative matters pertinent to our business, conducting legal and regulatory research, organizing materials and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership, and collaborating with internal departments and external consultants as needed.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Law degree, starting from the 5th semester, with a keen interest in Labor Law, Compliance, and Government Relations. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and critical analysis abilities are essential. We value proactive individuals eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English, familiarity with data organization and analysis tools, and knowledge of artificial intelligence applications are advantageous.
