Executive Assistant (Pathway to Project Manager – Medical Consultancy)
Assist World is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing medical consultancy that optimizes systems and improves operations for clinics across the United States. Key responsibilities include providing direct support to the CEO through scheduling, organization, and daily task management. The Executive Assistant will attend meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and ensure effective follow-ups. Additionally, the role involves organizing and coordinating internal projects, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining workflows using project management tools, and collaborating with the team to enhance internal systems and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are essential. Experience with project management or productivity tools such as Asana, or Power BI is also required. The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a consultancy, healthcare, or operations-focused environment, exposure to project coordination or project management, strong presentation and design skills for creating polished, client-ready materials, and prior remote work experience.
Compensation for this full-time, remote position is between $1,000 and $1,100 per month. Benefits include a $50 birthday bonus, a $200 testimonial bonus, and a $500 entry monthly raffle. The company operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Notably, the company does not require time tracking, emphasizing trust and flexibility in the work environment.
