Executive Assistant, Sales
As an Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership of Sales at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales function. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and his leadership team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to help achieve departmental goals and maintain efficient operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and organizing team communications and events. You will also be tasked with preparing documents and reports, processing invoices and expense claims, and maintaining internal processes that support the Sales Department. Additionally, you will assist with cross-functional projects related to sales and help coordinate departmental business processes such as promotion cycles and budgeting.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in executive administration, reporting directly to senior management. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with superb written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in office productivity tools and experience in overseeing budgets and expenses are also required.
