WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an Executive, Biddable to join our Media Management & Delivery team. In this role, you will support the activation and execution of dynamic biddable media campaigns. This is a foundational position where you will gain hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, develop your analytical skills by working with campaign data, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. You will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-value, innovative solutions for our clients.

As an Executive, Biddable, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation and optimization of biddable media campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, and Amazon, ensuring adherence to client objectives and KPIs. You will support the team in data collection, organization, and analysis to track campaign performance, and assist in the preparation of regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to campaign optimization efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, with 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related area. A strong, demonstrable interest in biddable media and the digital advertising landscape is essential. Basic understanding of biddable platforms and their core mechanisms, along with a strong analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills, are required. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, are also important. Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is necessary.
