The role serves as the primary scheduling liaison for internal and external stakeholders, monitors progress among strategic projects, and proactively resolves potential scheduling or logistical conflicts. Additionally, the Executive Business Partner develops organized processes to streamline the prioritization of critical objectives and coordinates executive-level meetings by aligning participants and preparing materials.
The ideal candidate possesses over six years of relevant experience in high-tech, fast-paced environments, with exceptional executive assistant skills and the ability to anticipate needs. Required qualifications include expertise in managing and prioritizing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and booking domestic and international travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Slack, strong communication skills, and a completed undergraduate degree are also essential. Some domestic travel may be required, and U.S. Person status is necessary due to access to export-controlled data.
Compensation for this role ranges from $62 to $82 per hour, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience and education.
