Executive Business Partner
As an Executive Business Partner at Block, you will support leaders across the Sales, Guidance, and Risk functions, playing a pivotal role in enhancing leadership effectiveness and organizational alignment. This position involves managing information flow, identifying and addressing misalignments, and ensuring that decisions are made efficiently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving information flow across the organization to keep decisions in motion and ensure leadership alignment. You will develop a deep understanding of executive operations, manage complex calendars and international travel logistics, and leverage AI and automation to streamline routine tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate within the Executive Operations team to share insights and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the function.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience as an Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. Key qualifications include strong pattern recognition skills, the ability to identify and address organizational misalignments proactively, and experience managing complex logistics. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to operate autonomously are essential for success in this role.
