Executive IT Support
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, dedicated to building all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with the mission to advance sustainable air mobility. As an Executive IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary technical resource for Archer's leadership team, ensuring they have seamless access to the technology necessary to lead the company effectively. This role demands a unique combination of high-level technical troubleshooting skills, utmost discretion, and a service-first mindset.
In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for all executive technical needs, providing immediate onsite and remote troubleshooting for laptops, mobile devices, and home office setups. You will manage and proactively test A/V systems and conference room technology to ensure all executive-led meetings and board presentations run flawlessly. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying, imaging, and maintaining all executive hardware, ensuring devices are always up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT support experience, with a minimum of 1 year specifically supporting executives or high-profile users. Proficiency in Mac/PC environments, mobile device management, and enterprise A/V solutions is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and a proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity are also required. The role requires working onsite at Archer's headquarters five days a week, with flexibility to provide support aligned with executive schedules and occasional domestic and international travel.
Archer offers a competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000, determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
