The Experiences Manager at ROLLER is a pivotal role within the People & Culture team, responsible for enhancing workplace experiences across the Melbourne Hub and the broader APAC region. This position focuses on bringing ROLLER's culture to life through effective office management, onboarding processes, and community-building initiatives. The role is based in Melbourne and requires a hands-on approach to create an engaging and welcoming environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities include managing the Melbourne office to a high standard, supporting other offices through scalable systems and processes, and delivering small moments and rituals that make the workplace engaging. The Experiences Manager will also lead the first-week experience for new hires in the APAC region, ensuring a smooth setup and access in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and IT teams. Additionally, the role involves planning key events such as mid-year and end-of-year celebrations, managing budgets, vendors, and logistics, and aligning these events with company-wide programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a people-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in office management, event planning, and onboarding processes is essential. The role requires a proactive individual who can create a welcoming and connected start for every employee and maintain a reliable, well-run office environment.
