As an SMB Account Executive at ROLLER, you will be instrumental in driving new customer acquisition among small and growing operators within the leisure and attractions industry. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from inbound lead engagement and outbound prospecting to closing deals and expanding client relationships. You will work closely with business owners and operational leaders to understand their needs and position ROLLER's platform as a solution that enhances revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory and account plans to generate consistent pipeline and achieve sales quotas. You will conduct structured discovery sessions to comprehend operational workflows and customer pain points, translating these insights into measurable business outcomes. Delivering tailored product demonstrations and ROI-driven business cases to decision-makers is a crucial aspect of the role. Additionally, you will collaborate with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new pipeline opportunities and maintain high conversion rates on inbound leads.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within mid-market or growth-focused environments, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. Strong discovery and consultative selling skills are essential, along with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes. Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with moderate complexity and procurement involvement is also important. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and Avoma is required.
