Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for responding to employee requests via the work request ticketing system, collaborating with the Property Management team to resolve workspace issues, and overseeing shipping and receiving of packages and mail.

Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in office administration or customer service. The position requires a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential, and experience with tools like Envoy, Slack, and Zendesk is considered a plus.
