Facilities Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our industrial spaces, including production, manufacturing, and testing facilities. This role is integral to ensuring operational continuity, safety, and efficiency within the organization. The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Head of Facilities and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders.
The primary responsibilities include managing daily operations of the facilities, scoping and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, and leading capital improvement initiatives from planning through execution. The role also involves coordinating equipment moves, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, and maintaining essential systems such as fire suppression, HVAC, and plumbing. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation, as well as managing and developing assigned facilities staff.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management within aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar manufacturing environments. Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance is required, along with strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Experience in managing environmental health and safety within a facility, proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. The ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance with company and regulatory requirements are also critical.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 USD for this role, along with highly competitive equity grants.
