The Facilities Triage & Response Coordinator at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role within the Core Operations team, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the company's facilities. This position is integral to supporting Anduril's mission of transforming defense capabilities through advanced technology by maintaining operational continuity, safety, and efficiency across all facilities.
Key responsibilities include receiving and assigning incoming JIRA tickets related to workplace, facilities, space planning, and asset improvement. The coordinator will dispatch tasks to appropriate technicians or teams, monitor progress to completion, and escalate critical issues as needed. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records for key performance indicators and service level agreements, as well as supporting continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and workflow inefficiencies.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in dispatching, operations coordination, production control, or maintenance scheduling. Proficiency in using Jira for ticketing and workflow tracking, familiarity with Limble CMMS or similar systems, and experience with maintenance and space planning operations are essential. Strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $114,000 annually, along with highly competitive equity grants.
