Federal Materials Associate, FAR/DFAR (1st Shift)
As a Federal Materials Associate at Anduril Industries, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain team based in Costa Mesa, California. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the company's production and business growth by managing material and inventory flow. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing shipping and receiving at the Costa Mesa and/or Santa Ana locations, compiling records concerning quantity, cost, and type of materials, and preparing finished stock for shipment. You will expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules. Additionally, you will conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy as a top priority.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse associate or equivalent, along with previous experience managing government property and inventory per FAR and DFARS regulations. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime. A valid driver's license and the ability to be onsite in Costa Mesa or Santa Ana, California, are also required.
