Federal Materials Associate, FAR/DFAR (2nd Shift)

Anduril Industries is seeking a Federal Materials Associate to join our Supply Chain team at our Costa Mesa, California location. As a defense technology company, Anduril is dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in supporting our production and business growth through effective material management and inventory flow.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing shipping and receiving activities, compiling records related to material quantities and costs, preparing finished stock for shipment, and expediting the flow of materials within departments. You will also conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, operate forklifts and other machinery, and ensure compliance with government property and inventory management regulations (FAR/DFARS).

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role, with previous experience managing government property and inventory per FAR and DFARS regulations. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include over three years of forklift experience with a valid license, experience in the defense or aerospace industry, familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
