Field Marketing Intern
Celonis is seeking a Field Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a global leader in Process Intelligence and pioneer of Process Mining technology, Celonis empowers businesses to unlock productivity by placing intelligence at the core of their operations. This part-time internship (25 hours per week) will run from June or July 2026 through December 2026, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of making processes work for people, companies, and the planet.
In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activities, including events, reporting, internal communication, and content development. Your responsibilities will encompass researching and selecting key industry events and roundtables for participation, assisting in the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns, gathering and analyzing campaign performance data to inform business decisions, supporting the execution of Celonis-hosted events and webinars, aiding in the development of internal communication plans for our sales and business development teams, and contributing to the creation of digital ads, landing pages, and email copy.
The ideal candidate is a current Bachelor's or Master's student or recent graduate in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. Prior internship experience is a plus. You should be highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent time and project management skills, capable of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to interact and present to both customers and senior management. Experience with event management is also advantageous.
