As a Field Marketing Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's local presence across France. Your mission is to leverage field marketing as a tangible driver of local brand awareness, sales performance, and enduring relationships with healthcare professionals. This position involves structuring and accelerating Doctolib's field marketing strategy, aligning closely with on-the-ground realities and business priorities. You will lead high-impact activations, with a strong emphasis on event management, while also utilizing complementary approaches to strengthen the company's territorial presence.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategic B2B events such as conferences, medical trade shows, product keynotes, webinars, and proprietary events. Beyond event planning, you will identify and implement the most relevant initiatives based on target audiences, regions, and objectives, including local partnerships, co-marketing activities, field animations, and proximity programs. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand & Content, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure each field activation is coherent, well-executed, and business-impact oriented. Your role requires transitioning seamlessly from strategic planning to operational execution with precision and autonomy.

The ideal candidate possesses at least six years of experience in field marketing, event management, or B2B marketing, with a proven track record of impactful activations. You should demonstrate strong capabilities in managing complex projects end-to-end, such as conferences, trade shows, keynotes, or proprietary events. A balance between strategic insight and operational excellence is crucial, along with proficiency in handling significant budgets, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines. A strong business orientation, understanding of growth challenges, and ability to work closely with Sales teams to support opportunity generation and sales performance are essential. Proficiency in performance measurement, KPI definition, result analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans is also required.

Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their children, 25 days of paid leave, and up to 14 RTT days per year (excluding Customer Care teams).
